Reasons to enroll in a Scuba Diver course Lembongan?

The Padi Scuba Diver Course Lembongan is a subset of the Padi Open Water certification course. If you’re short on time but really want to become a diver, the Padi Scuba Diver rating might be right for you, particularly if you expect to go SCUBA diving primarily with a dive guide. This course is an intermediate step for becoming a certified Open Water diver if that’s your ultimate goal.

You will be certified to dive all around the world under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth reaching 12 meters, obtain air fills, rent or purchase SCUBA equipment, participate in dive activities (as long as properly supervised) and continue dive training by completing the PADI Open Water Diver certification and taking certain specialty diver courses.

Scuba Training Overview

Scuba Diver Lembongan Course Structure

The PADI Scuba Diver Course Lembongan consists of three main phases:

  • Online Self Study to understand the basic principles of scuba diving
  • Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills
  • Open Water Dives to use your skills and explore

For you to gain your certification you will need to spend 2 days with us at the beautiful and relaxed island of Lembongan. Before your arrival you will need to complete with eLearning and online videos self-study sections. Our Professional Padi Instructor will review them upon your arrival and providing answers to any queries you might have regarding the online digital forms and understanding of the theory sections. A small quick review will be also given to assess your understanding of the basic principles. You are now ready to start with some practical applications in the swimming pool. You learn to operate basic SCUBA gear, including a mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device, and a tank, as well as practicing dive skills and safety procedures.

The second day is the most exciting one! You get to go for 2 dives in the beautiful seas of Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida. We will take you to suitable places, sheltered from strong currents, where you can gain your confidence and practice some of the skills you have learned in the confined waters. You will finally see what all the excitement is about and become a part of the magnificent underwater world surrounded by colored fishes and pristine coral reef – contact us for more details. As you surface from the last dive from your Scuba Diver Course Lembongan the Legend Diving Team will be proud to say:

This was as good a dive as I have done. I did the dive with 2 of my kids plus one partner and they had not done scuba diving before. So a lesson in the pool day 1 and then two dives, one in the coral and one with the Manta Rays. The dive instructor, Sarah,was excellent and very conscious of our safety. A perfect combination especially as I am getting on a bit.
