PAD IDC Staff Instructors are qualified to teach Assistant Instructors and assist in PADI IDC Courses. PADI IDC STAFF INDONESIA COURSE STRUCTURE
Your PADI IDC Staff Nusa Lembongan Course will run at the same time as one of our IDCs. Consequently, you will notice many things you will have missed during your own IDC. Focusing on passing the IE doesn’t exactly allow for you to notice how your program is run!
We will focus on evaluation and counseling. It’s a great way to refresh your understanding of PADI standards. The best way to refine your knowledge is to teach others. We will go in-depth in regards to scoring criteria and counseling methods. Furthermore, we’ll go over the standards needed to become an Assistant Instructor or PADI OWSI. Lastly, we will learn how to market and organize a PADI IDC.
