Must be at least 18 years old

Your PADI IDC Staff Nusa Lembongan Course will run at the same time as one of our IDCs. Consequently, you will notice many things you will have missed during your own IDC. Focusing on passing the IE doesn’t exactly allow for you to notice how your program is run! We will focus on evaluation and counseling. It’s a great way to refresh your understanding

of PADI standards. The best way to refine your knowledge is to teach others. We will go in-depth in regards to scoring criterias along with counseling methods. Furthermore, we’ll go over the standards needed to become an Assistant Instructor or PADI OWSI. Lastly, You’ll learn how to effectively market and organize a PADI IDC, gaining the skills to plan, promote, and manage instructor development courses with confidence.

Recently I completed my Speciality Instructor training with Course Director Shayne Ng from Diving Careers at Legend Diving Lembongan. The lessons were all well organised and I felt welcome even though I joined a class after they already started their IDC two weeks ago. Very nice diving center, well organised, clean. There is always a good atmosphere when you enter, friendly stuff and great instructors! Overall I got only got positive feedback to give and I would go back anytime!

The second time we’ve visited and can’t rate them more highly! Our guide Amanda was easily one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. She was so knowledgeable, professional, kind and made the whole experience so fun. Could not rate her more highly!

Had two awesome fundives with these guys, Fernado and was very knowlegeable and a very considerate trainer to his DMTs. I was allocated my own DMT guide to dive with, as everyone else seemed to be doing a course. I forgot his name- (sorry im bad with names) but we had a great time and the professionalism and expertise was palpable, as well as everyone having a fun and cheerful attitude. Great day out and great boats, comfortable and padded everywhere to cushion your butt when the sea gets rough to and fro the divesites. I am seriosuly considering doing my IDC here. Gracias!
